of subcontractors that, when combined, create an explosive capability!
C4 was just recently established. Most of our current business consist of mechanical
design consulting for our primary client, Columbia Research Corporation
C4 recently purchased a new CNC milling machine to greatly enhance the service to

Our primary areas of expertise are in Department of Defense programs, mostly Navy,
and more specifically, SEAL Delivery Vehicles (SDVs) and mine warfare systems.
Custom - We specialize in working closely with our customers to take their ideas from
concept to reality.
Craft - We have designed, built and operated SDVs, tow sleds and other water craft for
over twenty years.
Components - We can design and build complete systems from scratch or one
individual component that you need right away.
Composites - We have extensive design experience with structural composites. In
cooperation with CRC, the leading manufacturer of composite SDV parts, we can
produce and extraordinary array of composite items.
